My 3 Stagers specialize in the staging of Vacant and Occupied Homes. The purpose of staging is to help potential buyers visualize how they can use rooms. Furniture, pictures, accessories are placed in different ways to make the rooms appear larger and more inviting.
How It Works
Staging Consult
Our team will evaluate your home and prioritize what needs to be nicely appointed in each room. My3Stagers, LLC will prepare a written proposal within 24 to 48 hours. Upon approval we will schedule staging within a 3-day time period.
Consult Only
Our two (2) hour Consultation session includes suggestions for the following: Paint colors, landscaping, decluttering, furniture arrangement, etc., and provide guidance on any other points of concern. Please call for pricing.
